What is Massage Therapy?
 
Massage is a treatment that is carried out on the body, using a variety of techniques and pressures. The hands are used to apply oil and work it into the muscles to achieve a number of benefits. Massage can be carried out on a specific area of the body, such as the back and legs, or as a full body treatment.

Some of the benefits of massage may include, relaxation, de-stressing, improved circulation, easing of muscular aches and pains, assistance in healing injuries, increased lymphatic drainage and many more.

Swedish massage is an invigorating and firm treatment that can be varied to suit an individual's needs.The pressure can be varied to suit personal preferences.

 
Massage Treatments.
 
Back massage - Lasts approx 30 mins, after running through an initial consultation on the first treatment. This will concentrate on the back, neck and shoulders.

Full body massage - Lasts approx 60 mins, after running through an initial consultation on the first treatment.This treatment will focus on the back, neck, shoulders, backs and fronts of the legs, and top of the chest/ decolletage.
