Welcome to Reflexions
My name is Rachel Dyer and I have set up "Reflexions" with the aim of offering people a variety of complementary therapies that will benefit their lifestyle.
I have noticed through my own lifestyle, and that of friends and family, that the demands, stresses and strains of everyday living are ever increasing. Having personally experienced the benefit of different complementary therapies in reducing stress, promoting relaxation and helping to boost my physical health, I hope to be able to do the same for others.
I have achieved a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Level 3 Swedish Massage and the Reiki One attunement.
Through further study I would like to increase the variety of complementary therapies that I can offer, in order to meet different peoples needs. I am looking to enhance my Reflexology skills by undertaking a specific Maternity Reflexology course in 2010.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexology and work to their codes of practice. I am also insured for any treatments I carry out.
I can offer mobile treatments, a treatment in my own treatment room or can attend fairs, events or parties if required.
I have a massage couch or reflexology chair available, for your personal comfort.

Treatment times currently available are as follows;
Tuesday evenings from 18:00 - 19:00
Thursday evenings from 18:00 - 21:00
Saturdays from 09:00 - 16:00
